Keith Edwards...
began playing volleyball for the first boys volleyball club in Naples, FL. He played beach volleyball for 12 years in the Florida Pro-Am tournaments. He started coaching at Barron Collier High School in 2000 and took over as head coach in 2003. He was the head varsity coach at Community School of Naples. Keith coached with USA South and also with Naples Juniors. He has also assisted on teams that have reached Nationals. In 2005, Keith started Naples Volleyball Association to be an avenue for students of the game to focus on skill development and develop an overall love for the game. In the fall of 2009, he started the Little Spikers program which targeted skill development for girls in middle school.
Chris Addeo
Coach Addeo enters his fifth year with NVA. He was named Coach of the Year for the 2007 club season. He is currently the head coach at Saint JohnNeumann High School where he is entering his sixth year. Prior to taking the position at SJN, Coach Addeo started the high school volleyball program at Seacrest. He was the JV head coach and assistant varsity coach at GulliverPrep school in Miami from 1994 to 2002.
Coach Addeo, who is originally from New York, ran track at the University ofMiami. While on the track team, he was part of the hurdle relay team that set a new UM school record. Coach Addeo started coaching track at Gulliver Prep in 1992 as the assistant. In 1998, his team won the State 3A Girls Championship. He became the Head Coach at Gulliver Prep from 2000-2002.
Kate Rousseau
Kate Rousseau has been involved with sports her whole life. She was a standout volleyball player at St. John Neumann High School where she was elected to 4 All County teams, she was MVP 3 out of her 4 years as varsity setter, and played club ball for 8 seasons. She played various positions on the volleyball court but spent most of her time as a setter. Kate is currently a volleyball coach at St. John Neumann High School. Kate was voted NVA Coach of the Year for the 2007-2008 season. This is her 4th year as a coach for NVA and is considered by some to be one of the greatest coaches. She is currently a student at FGCU majoring in History with a minor in education.
Rob Baker
Rob Baker is in his first year of coaching with NVA. During the 2010 high school season he was the freshman coach for Barron Collier High School. He brings a wealth of enthusiasm and knowledge to NVA.
Jaclyn Hoggatt
Jackie has been a volleyball player for most of her life. She played volleyball in middle school-3yrs, high school-4yrs and college-2yrs. She also played at the club level for 3 years.
She coached for 2 seasons at YMCA of the Palms, 2 seasons of Little Spikers, she was the Freshman coach at Naples High School for the 2010 season and this is her 2nd season with NVA.
